Roller Wheel Sensing
The R4's factory setting is based on detecting line movement via the detector's roller. Speed ​​Sensing technology is particularly useful for detecting the smallest line movements during winter fishing or when fishing around obstacles with a tight drag.

Speed ​​Sensing
Two speed detection levels respond to line movement acceleration of 1 cm and 2 cm per second to eliminate false strikes. Both settings also feature innovative Drift Sensing Safeguar technology.

Wave Sensing
Wave Sensing technology applies to two detection parameters to eliminate false bites caused by waves or when fishing from a boat. A bite is detected by a movement faster than 1 or 2 cm per second and after 15 or 30 cm of line movement forward or backward.
