Curv Hook S Hooks

Made in Japan at the BKK factory, this hook from the S (for strong) series is made of a very strong wire, 1.5 times thicker than a standard kurv shank hook. It is extremely durable and very sharp. This hook was designed to rotate in the carp's mouth without the need for heat shrink tubing or fluorocarbon leader. Its unique shape works equally well with pop-ups and bottom baits, and with most rigs, including supple braids (which work even better with heat shrink tubing or a line aligner) or fluorocarbon leaders.

This hook is coated with a material called "slippery coated" in Japan, a smooth coating that allows for better penetration into the fish's mouth. It's a strong hook that stays firmly in place during fights. It can be used with bottom baits, wafters, or floats.
